sued for bad debt

If a finance co won a lawsuit against me and could not collect and they turn it over to a collection agency can the collection agency then sue me again for the same debt?

If the finance company obtained a judgment against you, the collection agency is merely collecting on the judgment and must renew the judgment as provided under Oklahoma law every five years or it becomes noncollectable.
