Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
If you are found with marijuana and the cops take it and let you go without a ticket or without you signing anything are you off the hook?

It depends what the cops said. Did they say they were going to take no further action? They have 3 years to file a charge, but if the cops took the marijuana and told you to leave, it sounds like one of the RARE instances when the cops were being kind and reasonable and have no intention of pursuing a criminal charge out of this.
