Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
after a warrant has been served can it be dismissed if it wasn't signed by the judge till five days after the fact?

The law allows a magistrate to orally issue a search warrant and then sign it later. From the facts you have given here, I do not know if that is what happened or nor.
