my license is going to be suspended for dui. can i get a permit to drive to work?

There is no known recourse to reinstate your license under DUI statutes. You may need to request a administrative hearing. They (DPS) can provide the proper options at that time. But, it is not recommended that take any action until your license is actuallysuspended.
