Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Im trying to find out if my ex boyfriend who is the father of my two children can get custody. The kids have lived w me since they were born 4,5 years. The state is just now coming after him for CS. I've never got $ just food stamps and medical. My ex wants 50/50 custody all of a sudden. He's planning on using my mental illnesses @me. Depression, PTSD, anxiety. I have no criminal record and have never been in a mental hospital. Can he possibly get this? I don't work he does and makes really decent $.

It sounds like he is wanting to reduce his child support payments by doing a shared custody of the children. The court has to make a determination what is in the children's best interest. You have said the kids have lived with you, but does he have regular visitation?
