Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

Dishonest process server

The court records show that I was served in person by a process server for a lawsuit filed against me. I have never been served any papers regarding this matter. Is there anything I can do about this?

I would suggest either retaining an attorney to contact the court, or do so yourself. As long as the record says you were served, and the service documents are legitimate, the court will assume you were served and proceed. Service triggers a timeframe for an answer which, if you don't provide and are considered served, will result in a default judgment against you.
