Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oklahoma

My husbands papers have been in procss for about 4yrs now and we still havent gotten anythin done the lawyer that we used fioled for his I-130 form but that was it, we ltterrecived a letter in the mail sayingthat he had to pay 475 for his visa I dont kow if this is true or not so my question for you is..... What should we do form here or what do we need to do my husband is now in Mexico and Im in the U.S with our 3 kids and strugleing very bad with them all Im trying to do is get my husband back in the U.s so we can be better off then we are right now

The fees paid on the second stage of this immigration process are $400 and $70, which are paid to the NVC whenever they notify you about the second part of the process.

If you are not a US citizen, but a green card holder, then waiting for about 4 years seems to be correct.

If you husband used to live in the USA and was deported, as it seems you have implied in your post, then the situation might be much more complicated than merely filing the I-130 and waiting for a visa approval. You need to consult your lawyer, as it seems that you have one, or another lawyer (and not a 'notario').
