yes my son parked his truck shut it off and ran inside the school for a few minutes and one the way a girl got into his truck crashing into another parked truck can i go after your parents auto insurance since she is listed as a driver since it was unautherized use of a motor vehicle

Yes. If she is a minor and if she is insured with her parents. You can also take her and her parents to small claims court.
