Quick Claim Deeds

I currently reside in PA. Our divorce was finalized in TX awarding me the home we own in Oklahoma. He currently is stationed in ND. I am wanting to fill out this Quick Claim Deed to give him full ownership of the house, so we are meeting in MN to have it notorized. What State should I obtain the Quick Claim Deed from?
