Legal Question in Traffic Law in Oklahoma
I live in a cul de sac, the people who live not on, but next to my cul de sac put a basketball goal out against the curb in the cul de sac, they are heavily impeding, if not blocking the drain way altogether. they put their address on it, which proves it does not belong where it is, and they knowingly put it in the spot where I park. Who is legally in the right?

Yes. You can file a police complaint priviate violations but we also recommended that you file a compliant with the City of Oklahoma for municipal or public violations. if you can't get them to remove it privately. .
