If you have been recently denied VA benefits, feel free to contact my office for a free, initial telephone conference. If we can agree upon the day and time, I'd be happy to initiate the call in order to save you in long-distance charges.

You must first file a claim with the VA and get a decision from them before the law will allow veterans to hire an attorney. If you have a current diagnosis of ptsd or other mental disorder that you believe is service-related, file a claim as soon as possible. You say you had "agent orange" but exposure to it alone is not enough to base a claim on. You need some sort of diagnosed condition that is related to it, like type II diabetes or certain cancers, for example. If you already have a denial or decision from the VA, feel free to email me directly at [email protected].
