Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Oregon

My family moved onto this ranch in 1924 we own it outright it is zoned extended farm use the county is telling me what personal possessions of mine are solid wast came on our property past posted no trespassing signs and took pictures of my drive way that cant be seen from the street sent me a letter telling me the only lawyers i can have are there 2 named attorneys fined me 600.00 and now 10.000 saying a 1965 chevelle is solid waste the car is worth 15.000

The county cannot tell you what lawyers to hire.

The county can inspect your property for solid waste, despite your no trespassing signs.

The county cannot fine you without providing you with an administrative hearing and opportunity to appeal to the courts.

I suggest you hire a local attorney (not one of the 2 suggested to you). What county?
