Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon

a used car dealership sold me a lemon , had no problem taking it back ,however they tricked us into signing a purchase agreement for a vehicle twice the amount of the original purchase agreement on a older vehicle by saying that "we were not purchasing that particular vehicle and not to worry because the purchase agreement is a mien of getting us financed , and that as soon as they got a vehicle more suitable and with in our price range we can trade with no problem, however we were denied trade of the same priced vehicle because it wasn't apart of their BHPH program, they refuse to return our money, so can i ask for a trade for the same ,year, make and model and or a full refund of my deposit ?

You can ask for anything but likely will not get anything from the dealership. You should file an action in small claims court, where you can fill out a form and explain the situation and collect up to $10,000 from the dealership, depending upon how much money you gave them, etc. See http://www.osbar.org/public/legalinfo/1061_SmallClaims.htm

You should consult with a local attorney and show him/her your sales agreement. It sounds complicated enough to require a review of the terms of the ageement before a plan of action can be determined.
