Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oregon

I am worried that I paid too much for a used car. The same exact car was advertised for over 40% less than the purchase price I paid. I wish to challenge the price paid on the grounds that it was advertised for much less, seeking restitution? Do I have grounds to do so?

No. You could sue the dealer for fraud, if the dealer knowingly told you that the car had qualities it does not have. But there is no valid lawsuit against the dealer merely because you found a better deal somewhere else later.
