Legal Question

I got fired for my job because I am pregnant. However, the company has less than 15 employees. Is there still something that I can do? I feel as though he was afraid of his image because he is a pastor and runs a small church out of the coffee shop on Sundays, because I am only 19 and pregnant. I'm from Oregon.
