I need help with a dui in Oregon my first one was 24 years ago my second was 12 years ago I don't know what to do I don't know what im facing

You won't be eligible for diversion so if you plead guilty you will simply need to live with the sentencing, whatever it is. A DUII in Oregon in your case will be a Class A misdemeanor crime. On conviction, you can expect 18-24 months probation, jail time or community service, a license suspension ranging from one year to life, a minimum $1,000 fine, and alcohol treatment. The penalties (fines, jail time, length of probation and suspension) will likely increase for persons with prior DUII's. The 24 year old conviction will probably not influence the judge's in sentencing but the 12 year old one might.
