Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

money award

In a supplemental judgment I was awarded a money award for past due uninsured medical expenses. The due date is 30 days after entry of judgment. Does the 30 days include weekends and holidays or do I only count business days?

Time and money due.

In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules, the day of the act, event, or default from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included.

The last day of the period so computed shall be included, unless it is a Saturday or a legal holiday, including Sunday, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday or a legal holiday.

Thus..... "30 days from today." Tomorrow would be Day One.
