Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oregon

If I married in 1997 and helped my now ex husband to adjust his status in 1999 or 2000 . I am now engaged for marriage 7/2/16 can I help him adjust him status?

As long as there was no fraud in your 1st marriage and you are now legally divorced, then you can certainly petition a subsequent spouse for a greencard. However, you must first check to make sure the new spouse is eligible (entered the U.S. legally, no arrests, etc).
