First Travel in L1B 11/Oct/2009 to 26/March/12

Second travel with H1B applied for 2013 H1B quota during April 2012

Stamped on 9/Jan/2013 Till 06/Sep/2015 Entered US on 8/Apr/2013

Is my H1 visa duration is reset to 6 year since I was not in US for one year between 2012 March to 2013 April OR 3.5 years which is L1B and H1
