Legal Question in Employment Law in Oregon

So employer and i made an agreement to change my time sheet to 40 if i worked over. I have left the company and she is now saying i owe for x amount of hours and says their is no hours she owes me for. What can i do?

Any agreement to avoid paying lawful wages is void. An employee is entitled to be paid his or her full wages for the work performed. If those wages are not timely paid after termination, the employee can be entitled to recover penalty wages. See an experienced employment lawyer.
