Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon
My landlord has decided to live on the rental property in a trailer and is using my electricity to power and heat the camper. My electric bill was 392.00. What are my options. This was not in our rental agreement. There are two homes and an office on the property. She is using my electricity and the other units water.

Tell them to get off the property and to pay your bill. Put it in writing. Keep a copy for yourself. Then go get an attorney. Or go get the attorney first.
