Late fees on rental
Is it legal in Oregon for LL to charge a flat rate of 10% of the normal rent if the rent is past due?
ie; $750. = $75 late fee or $650. = $65 late fee. Different renters in same complex pay different rents, and therefore different late fees.
This was changed this year on leases; previously was a $50. fee, not a percentage.
