Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oregon

After paying rental company to break my lease due to noise all was settled. I paid the amt they told me. It was over a $1000.00 plus my security. Now a over a month later they are contacting me for more money stating they made an error. I have documents stating all I owed and paid all. It is legal for them to now charge me due to an error on their part.

Depends on what your settlement agreement looked like. If you simply agreed to the $1,000 plus security deposit as the lease break fee, that wouldn't necessarily mean that you're off the hook for any further damages (cleaning or damages beyond wear and tear) to the property. That said, if the settlement agreement included everything and they drafted it and signed it, I'd agree that they're likely bound by it, mathematical errors included.
