how do I go about getting legal help on a memory care facility, that do to neglect and failure to act on my complaint for lack of help, a resident fell from her bed and split head open. INine days I was told that administraitor was investigating concerns I brought to her attention. On the ninth day I was terminated for supposedly saying the Fword many times that evening. which isn't true. I need to know what I can do for the residents that are being hurt by not getting what they need. The resident that fell out of bed ,died on august 9th 2010. The incident happened on july,31 2010 at around 4:00-4:30.
