Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon

My Husband passed away 6 years ago. Our house was in both our names. I have had it put in only my name now. Before he passed he secured a loan for a second mortgage with only his signature and credit. I have been paying the loan since he passed but want to know if I have to contine paying the debt
