Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in

A person procced to session court through petition under section 22-A, the session court accepted the appeal but later on the case proved false & declare dismissed then tel me; is court gave any copensation to the victim who bear the haevy fees of lawyer from lower court till to high court and what court decide about that person who submit 22-A and gave false statement to the court. is it contempt of court or fraud with court. I`m the victim and to procced the same session court who passed a unjustified order of registration of FIR against me. I hope you will reply me with sections and authourities about such cases.

Section 205 PPC . False personation for purpose of act or proceeding in suit or prosecution:

Whoever falsely personates another, and in such assumed character makes any

admission or statement, or confesses judgment, or causes any process to be issued or

becomes bail or security, or does any other act in any suit or criminal prosecution, shall be

punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three

years or with fine, or with both.

499. Defamation: Whoever by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or

by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person

intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm,

the reputation of such person, is said except in the cases hereinafter excepted, to defame

that

500. Punishment for defamation: Whoever defames another shall be punished with

simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

with above said section u can file a private complaint against the person.

You can also file a suit for damages, for mental torture, wastage of your precious time and money and defamation.

but before u proceeded that said FIR must be discharge from concern Magistrate also.

Police can also take action against the complainant .
