Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pakistan
Please elaborate who is "Justice of Peace". Hireship Certificates are signed and stamped by Justice of Peace having his stamp with words "Empowered as Magistrate to attest documents". It is heard that sit out side the registrar offices and Court. Please advise their legal status.
If apart from above there are other "Justice of Peace" because once i have seen a costly car having round plate containing words "Justice of Peace".

Justice of Peace is an administrative power exofficio given to session courts in Pakistan.. The powers of justice of peace are invoked using section 22-A and section 22-B of CRPC.. Justice of peace has nothing to do with legal heir certificates..
Legal heir certificates are issued from the court of Tehsildar who has powers of city megistrate also when they are delegated by higher authorities.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
