Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

A person who is not living in Pakistan purchases (by some mean/or by his friend) a stamp paper in his own name and identification for Divorce Deed. What is the validity of that document as per my knowledge a man can get stamp paper(as it is a legal document) for divorce only in person. If my information is correct how that document can be challanged? Can it be done through court as ppl are playing with our law and females life.

no that dacumant is not valid dacumants and no legal effects of that dacumants , u can challange that dacument in court .
