Mostly new, mostly novel Card Game Patent
I have a question concerning patent law for my invention. I have created a card game that is mostly original, but uses one or two items from another game that has already been patented. This game's patent expired in 1989. Is it possible to obtain a patent for my game, or at least the parts of it that are completely new?
