Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and his two brothers own their mothers house, since she passed away. the youngest brother has been living there since her death and paying the taxes, with their mother knowing this before she died, and she approved of it and it is in the will, that he can stay there as long as he keeps up the house. can my husband go into the house any time he wants to, even when his brother is not there.

This is not a question for a bulletin board. An attorney needs to read the will and make a determination. I am not licensed in Pennsylvania, I can only speak in general terms. It sounds as though the youngest brother has a life estate and all three brothers have a remainder in the property. Contact someone in Pa to assist you with the interpretation of the will.
