Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pennsylvania

I left my job of ten years for several reasons. Health reasons, harassment, but mostly because the company, in writing, stated that if so many workers do not leave they will be forced to layoff workers. Now they denied my UC benefits and i have to attend a hearing. I can produce documents stating that they were going to layoff. Is there a chance of me winning against a huge corporation??

At the initial hearing, the rules of evidence are not as formal as a court. You may be able to introduce those papers. I would suggest that you retain a lawyer to help with this, it generally doesn't cost much to have representation for something like this.

Feel free to call me if you have further questions or would like to retain a lawyer for this matter.
