Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pennsylvania

If me and my sister went to the courts and were granted administraiton to an estate to bury him and we no longer want anything else to do with it what can we do to get out of it?

Resign. Why were you appointed as administrators just to bury the man? Administration carries with it the duties to administer the estate, not just handle the funeral. Talk to the register of wills regarding resigning and see if the county has a public administrator appointed to handle estates when there are no next of kin. The preference is for you to find a family member who wishes to do the job.
