Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pennsylvania

If i was convicted for a drug offense in a federal court and they didn't charge me violating interstate commerce for each count does it calls for a dismissal or retrial

There is no such charge as "violating interstate commerce." Federal crimes don't have to relate to interstate commerce anyway.
