Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
My life partner and I have our names on the deed of our house, but only he is on the loan (note). I have been out of work and awaiting Disability decision. I need to declare bankruptcy, but how will this effect the house that is in both of our names? The house has no equity in it. We live in Pennsylvania.
