Legal Question

unpaid bill

We have a customer with an unpaid bill. The amount is 15.00 but on our invoices we clearly have a statement charging 5.00 per calendar day late fee on unpaid balances. How often can I send an invoice, and/or letter? he calls and screams at us,cursing etc. We are landscapers and we are charging him for cancelling his service after we started cutting his grass.
