Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Anti-gay remarks made by television and radio personality towards me.

I had a disagreement through email with a television/radio personality and received a barrage of anti-gay insults spanning weeks. Could I sue this individual?

Anybody can sue anyone else for anything at any time. That is not the question. The question to ask is (a) do I have a legal basis to sue; and (b) if I sue am I likely to prevail; and (c) what damages can I recover and is the cost to file suit justified by the recovery?

For the answers to that, I suggest that you consult with a defamation/civil rights attorney to see whether what you have is actionable.
