Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Me and my boyfriend took some pictures like 2 years ago at a photo studio and paid for them. Now today online while I'm searching for another photo studio to take pictures at. I came across the studio we went to at the time, an notice on there website they had our picture up there like as if it was a advertisement. I never signed a constant form to let them do this. So I was wondering if there is anyway I can take legal action.

Unless you signed some document authorizing the use of your picture it would seem you have legal recourse as you never gave permission to use the pictures. I suggest you consult with an attorney to relate the facts to see what your options may be. If you would like to schedule an appointment with me please contact me if you so desire.
