Legal Question in Construction Law in Pennsylvania

Responsibility of new construction

I am chairman of the Board of a Fire Department. Within the last two years we have built a new $2 1/2 million dollar fire station. We moved into this station in the spring of 2003. Since then we have several issues of poor construction and we need to know our rights to go after the contractor to make them do this right. Office floor buckling, floor tile coming apart, doors and windows falling out, roof leakage, drain gutters leaking. We need to know what we need to do to have these items fixed. I have talked to several people in the construction industry and they stated that this is all due to poor workmanship.
