Legal Question

Credit

I'm a 22 year old college student and I fell behind my bills with my credit card. They only add up to about $3000 together and the collection agency wants $350/mo on just one. There's no way I can afford to pay that every month but when I told them that they said they can garnish my wages 20% so now I'm stuck, and poor and stressed.
