Legal Question

I am being harrassed by a debt collector who will not send my any documentation by mail to verify this loan. The only information that I have is that the loan was made to a banking institution account that I have not had. He will NOT stop calling me at work. I have told him I can't receive calls but he calls 2 times a day wanting my personal checking information which I will not give him. How do I get him to stop?
