Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Have a judgment against me. Have copies of all related court documents. Discover Bank is plaintiff. I never had ANY credit cards & NEVER had any bank accounts through Discover. Nothing. There are several errors in the court papers that were filed. Contacted Discover Bank & they confirmed I never had any accounts with them, but they are unwilling to help me clear up the judgment.

You can attempt to file a petition to open or strike the judgement,

You generally must act within a reasonable time period must have a valid defense to underlying judgement. You should have a reason why you did not act I would contact an attorney to see if you a strong basis for prevailing or not

Discover is not going to help you. Why should they? This is naivete on your part. You need to talk to a lawyer who specializes in credit card defense now and see if the judgment can be opened/set aside. The issue is going to be why you did not act immediately when you were first served with the lawsuit. If you were never served, then you have to act reasonably promptly upon learning of the judgment. I would get to a lawyer now.
