Personal Check

I would like to know if I gave someone a loan through a person check 2 years ago, and they have not yet repayed me is there anything I can do? I know their house is paid in full can I put a lean against their home?

You would have to sue the debtor. Once a judgment is entered in your behalf a lien against real estate is possible if the property is in the debtor's name alone. If he is married and holds title as husband and wife (tenants by entirities)it will not be subject to the lien.
