Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

sheriffs sale

My ex was suing me for vacations we took, the results ended with a judement against me as I missed the hearing purposely because I dont want to fight him. I now have a sheriffs sale April 3rd 2008 which has all my furntiure listed to sale. His mother paid a visit to me last night to advise he is not happy with everything the sheriff listed and he is calling his lawyer to have him come back and add everything including silverware, clothing, etc. Is it possible for him to ammend this sale? What can I do t this point?

Re: sheriffs sale

File a claim for exemptions with the Sheriff's Office. You should have received a list of exemptions and a claim form with the Writ of Execution.
