Legal Question

out of state summons

i live out of the state of utah, and have been summoned to court over a debt where the last payment made on the debt was in march of 1997. i have checked and i am sure the sol has run out. how do i respond and will i have to go to court in utah? i currently live in pa. thank you for your response. i am clueless as of what to do...
