Hello, if I was arrested for a misdemeanor and pleaded guilty down to a summary disorderly conduct charge can i get this expunged in five years.

Yes. As long as you have no more arrests within the next 5 years, you can have the disorderly conduct summary expunged in five years. In fact, you can have the misdemeanor arrest expunged now because that charge was withdrawn or dismissed. |
