classification of a prisoner

my b/f is at camp hill state prison and has not been classified yet? why wouldnt he be? and what is a parole hold?

i believe that classified means where is going either in camphill or whether he is going to another facility altogether. As far as a parole hold goes, I have never hear of that term, but I would guess it means that he can't go before the parole board because there is something he has to do first.
