How do you dispute an arrest warrant while on probation without going into custody?

Your best bet is to hire an attorney to do it for you. You will probably eventually have to "turn yourself in," but an attorney can negotiate things so that it will not involve actual jail time or waiting all day in the courthouse lockup. The best-case scenario, of course, is that the warrant could be withdrawn -- with your attorney's assistance -- without you having to appear at all.
