Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am a legal resident of a mobile home park. I own a go-cart. It is against the park rules to ride my go-cart in the park. The park owner says that he will have me arrested for trespassing with a motor vehicle. I understand it is a violation of the park rules and it would be wrong to do so. But, is it a crime? Especially since I live here?

he could try but I doubt the police would bother. It sounds like a civil matter. He could try to evict you.
