Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I live in pa and have a criminal law question. I have been basically held hostage by a female who has threatened to call my boss and wife over the last year unless I continue to be friends with her. She has forced me to "hookup" with her no matter what I say. I feel helpless because every time I tell her I do not want to hookup she threatens to call my boss and/or my wife. I feel like I am being raped and I must do what she says. Is there anything that I can do legally? I have discussed this with her and she does not care and still threatens me. I will be going to the police if that is an option as I am helpless right now.
