Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I moved from Bucks County to Philadelphia last summer. My probation transferred accordingly to Philly. I had 2 two year probation sentences. If I completed certain requirements the 2nd two years would be dropped. I did and Bucks County told me that they would terminate it. I get a letter from Philadelphia about 16 days after my probation terminated saying I missed my appointment and have to report this Wednesday. Should I go since the original probation dept Bucks County terminated my case?
